Each flight is selected at random through FlightRadar24. As an added feature, each flight is pulled in real-time via ADS-B data. That means every new round is a plane flying somewhere in the world. If you get it right, you’ve essentially “read” a real aircraft mid-flight.
Scoring is dependent on the accuracy and speed of your guesses. A perfect call is achieved through correct departure and arrival guesses, earning 100 points. One correct guess, either departure or arrival, earns 50 points. And if none are correct … yeah. As for speed, the faster you lock in your answers, the more bonus points you will receive!

You are given key clues regarding the flight path (e.g. altitude, speed, heading, aircraft, airline, etc), from which you deduce the departure and arrival airports. Starting out, you will guess. But the more you play, the more patterns you will recognize. The more patterns you recognize, the more aviation knowledge you have accumulated.
The duration of each round depends on the skill of the player. The more aviation knowledge one has, the faster they can make predictions of the flight. Think quick rounds, not long sessions.
